A non-refundable deposit is required on all initial appointments. The deposit will go towards the total cost of the service, with the remaining balance due at the time of your appointment. If you need to reschedule, you can do so one time without forfeiting the deposit.
We understand unexpected circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our clients are able to do so up to 48 hours in advance without additional charges. If changes are made under 48 hours, a fee of 50% of the total service will be charged to the card on file. If we do not have your card on file, this amount will be added to the cost of the service at your next appointment.
